Sage Intacct Implementation, Process Improvement & Finance Systems Support
End-to-end Sage Intacct implementation, Finance process improvement, training and ongoing systems support within a global not-for-profit education organisation. I worked across the Sage Intacct implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and Finance process review through to configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, reporting, user training, go-live and post-go-live support. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, project teams, technical teams and external vendors, I helped deliver the Australian implementation through to go-live. I also provided Sage Intacct implementation guidance to support go-live readiness for New Zealand and Argentina. My work extended beyond implementation. I continued to support Finance with system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, user training and practical process improvements to help the team make better use of Sage Intacct. The project drew on both my accounting knowledge and systems experience, helping translate Finance requirements into practical Sage Intacct processes and solutions.

Sage Intacct implementation project management for ChildFund Australia, covering seven country offices across Australia, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Myanmar and Papua New Guinea. As Implementation Project Manager, I worked with Finance teams, internal stakeholders and the Sage Intacct vendor consultant to help deliver the implementation from Finance process design through to go-live. My work included reviewing and agreeing business processes and solution design, documenting requirements, managing the project plan, budget, deadlines, risks, documentation and deliverables, and providing project reporting to governance, executive and other stakeholders. I facilitated meetings and workshops and developed supporting manuals and guidelines. I also provided training and support to Finance and other teams across the seven countries to help prepare users for the new system and go-live. The implementation reached its planned go-live date. The project also helped strengthen Finance processes by moving a number of manual and off-system processes into more streamlined and automated processes. This experience combined Sage Intacct implementation, Finance process improvement, project management, stakeholder engagement, training and change support within a multi-country not-for-profit environment.
